The invention discloses a folding barrack and a folding method thereof, and belongs to the field of field operation container type camping box houses. Comprising a frame assembly, a house body assembly and a lap joint assembly. The frame assembly comprises a frame bottom plate, a frame top plate and frame side plates arranged between the frame bottom plate and the frame top plate. The house body assembly comprises a bottom wall plate, a top wall plate, an end wall plate and a side wall plate; after being unfolded, a house is formed through lap joint; after being folded, the house body assembly is hidden in the frame assembly; the frame is arranged on the frame side plate and protrudes outwards, the lap joint grooves are formed in the two sides of the frame, the cross section of each lap joint groove is trapezoidal, one end of each connecting block is fixed to the corresponding lap joint groove, the other end of each connecting block is fixed to the adjacent folding barrack, and the cross section of each connecting block is matched with the corresponding trapezoidal groove in shape. According to the folding barrack, through cooperation of the trapezoidal connecting blocks, a plurality of folding barracks are fixed into a whole to adapt to various outdoor environments, and transportation and storage of the folding barracks are facilitated.
