The invention discloses a perovskite solar cell and perovskite LED combined BIPV (building integrated photovoltaics) device. The BIPV device comprises at least one functional unit, the functional unit comprises a transparent packaging structure, a semitransparent photovoltaic assembly and a light-emitting assembly, the semitransparent photovoltaic assembly and the light-emitting assembly are packaged in the transparent packaging structure, and the photovoltaic assembly and the light-emitting assembly are arranged in a laminated mode and electrically connected. The light-emitting direction of the light-emitting assembly is consistent with the incidence direction of natural light. According to the perovskite solar cell and perovskite LED combined BIPV device provided by the embodiment of the invention, the perovskite photovoltaic cell and the perovskite LED are packaged and combined, so that light absorption and light emitting effects are respectively formed on the front side and the rear side of one piece of glass.
