Water-retention and water-permeable brick and paving process thereof
The invention discloses a water-retention and water-permeable brick and a paving process thereof.The water-retention and water-permeable brick is prepared from, by mass, 20-30 parts of bluestone, 15-25 parts of waste red bricks, 45-55 parts of waste concrete blocks, 5-10 parts of a cementing agent and 5-10 parts of a high-water-absorptivity material.The water-retention and water-permeable brick is prepared by taking building solid waste as recycled aggregate, taking cement as the cementing agent and adding a small amount of the high-water-absorptivity material; under the comprehensive influence of aggregate properties and a high-water-absorption material, the mechanical property of the bluestone aggregate water-permeable brick is superior to that of a building solid waste water-retention water-permeable brick, and the water absorption rate and water retention property of the building solid waste water-retention water-permeable brick are obviously superior to those of the bluestone water-permeable brick no matter waste concrete or waste red brick. The high-performance water-retaining and water-permeable brick overcomes the defects that the traditional water-permeable brick is excellent in water permeability and relatively poor in water-retaining property, and the prepared water-retaining and water-permeable brick can effectively relieve the damage of large-scale pavement hardening to the natural earth surface permeability property by utilizing the permeability in rainy seasons.
本发明公开了一种保水透水砖及其铺装工艺,包括如下质量份数的原料,青石20‑30份、废弃红砖15‑25份、废弃混凝土块45‑55份、胶结剂5‑10份和高吸水性材料5‑10份,本发明以建筑固废为再生骨料,以水泥为胶结剂,加入少量高吸水性材料,制备保水透水砖,受骨料性质和高吸水性材料的综合影响,青石骨料透水砖的力学性能优于建筑固废保水透水砖,而建筑固废保水透水砖的吸水率与保水性,无论是废弃混凝土,还是废弃红砖,则明显优于青石透水砖,使得高性能保水透水砖弥补了以往传统透水砖透水性优越,而保水性相对较差的缺点,制备出的保水透水砖不仅在雨季可以利用其渗透性有效缓解大规模路面硬化对自然地表渗透属性的破坏。
