The invention relates to oil-drop temmoku glaze and a firing method of oil-drop temmoku glaze ceramic. The firing method comprises the following steps: SA, preparing a matrix; sB, preparing materials according to the formula composition of the oil-drop temmoku glaze raw materials, performing wet grinding on the raw materials in a ball mill, and sieving to prepare glaze slip; sC, performing biscuit firing on the blank in the step 2 to obtain an iron blank biscuit, and applying the glaze slip prepared in the step SB on the iron blank biscuit; sD, putting the ceramic body glazed in the step SC into a kiln, heating the kiln to 900 DEG C in an oxidizing atmosphere for 1-2 hours, converting the kiln into a reducing atmosphere, heating the kiln to 1000 DEG C in 1-2 hours, keeping the temperature for 1-2 hours, and introducing nitrogen; sE, continuously raising the temperature to 1280-1310 DEG C for 20-30 minutes in the reducing atmosphere to reach the firing temperature, and then quickly reducing the air pressure in the kiln by using a negative pressure manufacturing device; and SF, removing nitrogen, keeping the temperature for 50-60 minutes, and naturally cooling to obtain the oil-drop temmoku glaze ceramic, so that defects caused by gas retention in the glaze are prevented, the firing defects are few, and the yield is high.
本发明涉及油滴天目釉及油滴天目釉陶瓷的烧制方法，包含以下步骤：SA：制成胎体；SB：按油滴天目釉原料配方组成分别配料，原料在球磨机中湿法研磨后过筛，制成釉浆；SC：步骤2中的胎体经素烧制成铁胎素坯，在铁胎素坯上施步骤SB制得的釉浆；SD：将步骤SC施釉后的陶瓷坯体放入窑炉中，窑炉在氧化氛围下经1～2小时升至900℃，转还原气氛，经1～2小时升温至1000℃时，保温1～2小时，通入氮气；SE：在还原气氛下继续经20～30分钟升至1280～1310℃时达到烧成温度，然后使用负压制造装置快速降低窑炉内气压；SF：撤除氮气，保温50～60分钟后自然冷却，获得油滴天目釉陶瓷，防止气体滞留在釉内而造成缺陷，烧成缺陷少，成品率高。
