According to the anchorage mass concrete and the construction technology, the overall rigidity is large, the quality is good, meanwhile, the construction period can be shortened, and cost is saved. Due to the fact that post-cast strips poured in batches are not arranged, the overall anti-permeability performance is good; the construction period is shortened, the production cost is saved, post-cast strips and steel plate water-stop belts need to be arranged during batch pouring, the construction period is long, and the production management cost is high.
本发明提出一种锚碇大体积混凝土,混凝土的配方体系的组成为:水泥140kg/m3,粉煤灰140kg/m3,矿粉80kg/m3,砂952kg/m3,碎石952kg/m3,水156kg/m3,外加剂2.88kg/m3;相对质量配合比为1:1:0.57:6.8:6.8:1.1:0.02。本发明的锚碇大体积混凝土及施工工艺,整体刚度大、质量好,同时能够缩短工期,节省成本。由于没有分批浇筑的后浇带,整体抗渗性能好;缩短工期,节约生产成本,分批浇筑要设后浇带、钢板止水带,工期长,生产管理成本高。
