The invention discloses a method for preparing a rigid ceramic fiber heat insulation tile through low-temperature sintering, relates to the technical field of ceramic-based functional composite materials, and aims to solve the problem that framework amorphous silicon dioxide fibers are easy to crystallize due to overhigh sintering temperature of the conventional rigid ceramic fiber heat insulation tile. The preparation method comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing silicon carbide powder, modified silica sol and sintering aid powder particles to obtain a mixed material, and mixing the mixed material with an ethanol solution to obtain sintering aid slurry; and adding the fiber slurry, carrying out vacuum filtration to discharge moisture so as to obtain a wet ceramic fiber heat insulation tile blank, carrying out vacuum drying, and sintering the obtained dry ceramic fiber heat insulation tile blank in a muffle furnace. Aiming at the characteristic of short high-temperature service time of the heat-insulating tile, low-temperature preparation and high-temperature application of the rigid ceramic fiber heat-insulating tile are realized by optimizing the types of the sintering aids.
一种低温烧结制备刚性陶瓷纤维隔热瓦的方法,它涉及陶瓷基功能复合材料技术领域,本发明要解决现有刚性陶瓷纤维隔热瓦烧结温度过高易导致骨架非晶二氧化硅纤维析晶问题,本发明将碳化硅粉体、改性硅溶胶及烧结助剂粉体颗粒均匀混合得到混合物料,乙醇溶液混合,得到烧结助剂浆料;再加入纤维浆料,真空抽滤排出水分得到陶瓷纤维隔热瓦湿坯,真空干燥后,将得到的陶瓷隔热瓦干坯放入马弗炉内烧结。本发明针对隔热瓦高温服役时间短特点,通过优化烧结助剂种类实现了刚性陶瓷纤维隔热瓦的低温制备高温应用。
