The invention discloses a method for rapidly preparing a high-temperature carbon aerogel felt without pollution. The method comprises the following steps: preparing alcohol-soluble thermosetting phenolic resin, impregnating the alcohol-soluble resin and a fibrofelt, performing gel curing, performing supercritical drying to obtain a phenolic resin aerogel felt, and performing high-temperature carbonization on the phenolic resin aerogel felt under an inert gas condition to prepare the carbon fiber composite carbon aerogel felt which can be used in an environment with the temperature higher than 1700 DEG C. According to the method, the phenolic resin is prepared from alcohol as a solvent, solid formaldehyde as a raw material and phenols, solvent replacement is not needed, the separated liquid after supercritical drying is reused for synthesizing the phenolic resin, and the high-temperature carbon aerogel felt is rapidly prepared without emission of harmful substances.
