A liquid inlet is welded to one end of the top of the emulsion bin, connecting bins are arranged on the two sides of the emulsion bin, a stirring mechanism is rotationally connected to the interior of the stirring bin, and one end of the stirring mechanism extends out of the stirring bin to be connected with a driving motor. By adopting the design of the heating liquid outlet mechanism, the heating plate can generate a vibration-like effect while heating, so that heated and molten asphalt can quickly fall into the heating bin from the leakage hole, and through the use of the stirring mechanism, the emulsification reaction of the asphalt and an emulsified liquid is more thorough and quick, and the emulsified asphalt can be conveyed and discharged, so that the emulsified asphalt is more uniform. And the material conveying effect is achieved.
