The device comprises a vehicle body, and image acquisition modules are arranged at the front part and the bottom of the vehicle body; a movement mechanism is arranged in the vehicle body and comprises a planar movement mechanism, a vertical movement mechanism and a deflection mechanism, the planar movement mechanism is connected with the vertical movement mechanism, the vertical movement mechanism is connected with the deflection mechanism, and the deflection mechanism is connected with the grooving mechanism, so that horizontal movement, vertical movement and deflection movement of the grooving mechanism are achieved; the deflection mechanism comprises a deflection mechanism driving gear, the deflection mechanism driving gear is meshed with a deflection mechanism driven gear, and the deflection mechanism driven gear is connected with the grooving mechanism. The device has various movements in the grooving process, including the grooving movement for the crack, the movement of the grooving mechanism in the whole working range, the movement in the vertical direction required by feeding of the grooving mechanism and the deflection movement required by tracking of the crack by the saw blade, and the grooving precision and success rate of the pavement crack are effectively improved.
