The displacement assembly comprises displacement boxes, a cross beam and an elastic pressing device, the number of the displacement boxes is two, containing grooves are formed in the displacement boxes, the two ends of the cross beam are placed in the containing grooves of the corresponding displacement boxes, and transverse gaps are formed between the two transverse end walls of the cross beam and the transverse side walls of the corresponding containing grooves; the sum of the distance between the two transverse gaps is larger than the deformation quantity of the expansion joint, longitudinal gaps are formed between the two side walls of the cross beam and the longitudinal side walls of the containing grooves, and an elastic pressing device for pressing the top face of the cross beam is installed on the displacement box. Through the displacement assembly, the rebound energy of the dustproof sliding plate can be absorbed by the compression spring, so that the rebound strength of the dustproof sliding plate is effectively reduced, the collision strength between the dustproof sliding plate and the supporting steel plate is reduced, and the sound generated when a vehicle passes through the expansion joint is effectively reduced; the cross beam is fixedly connected with the dustproof sliding plate, the connecting bolts mainly bear transverse shearing force, the connecting bolts are not prone to loosening, and the maintenance cost is reduced.
