The invention discloses a cylindrical body circumferential film covering control method. The method comprises the following steps that the included angle alpha between the direction where the width L of a film is located and the longitudinal axis of a pier column is determined; determining a first constraint condition according to the lifting speed v of the film, the first radius R1, the rotation angular speed omega 1 of the film and the included angle alpha; determining a second constraint condition according to the first radius R1, the second radius R2, the rotation angular velocity omega 1 of the film and the revolution angular velocity omega 2 of the film revolving around the pier column; and according to the lifting speed v, the first constraint condition and the second constraint condition, a film covering control signal is determined and output to a motor assembly for controlling lifting of the film and a motor assembly for controlling revolution of the film, so that all the motor assemblies act, and film covering of the pier column is completed. According to the cylindrical object circumferential film covering control method, the released film can be just wound on the cylindrical object, too much or too little redundancy of the film is avoided, the lap joint length of the film is consistent, and the good film effect is achieved.
本发明公开了一种柱状体周向覆膜控制方法,包括如下步骤:确定薄膜的宽度L所在方向与墩柱的纵轴之间的夹角α;根据薄膜的升降速度v、第一半径R1、薄膜的自转角速度ω1及夹角α确定第一约束条件;根据第一半径R1、第二半径R2、薄膜的自转角速度ω1及薄膜绕墩柱公转的公转角速度ω2确定第二约束条件;根据升降速度v、第一约束条件及第二约束条件确定覆膜控制信号并将覆膜控制信号输出至控制薄膜升降的马达组件和控制薄膜公转的马达组件,以使各马达组件动作,完成墩柱的覆膜。本柱状体周向覆膜控制方法能够使所释放的薄膜刚好缠绕在柱状体上,避免出现薄膜冗余太多或者太少,使薄膜的搭接长度达到一致,达到很好的薄膜效果。
