Construction method for large-diameter horseshoe-shaped steel corrugated pipe channel culvert
The invention relates to a large-diameter horseshoe-shaped steel corrugated pipe channel culvert construction method. The method comprises the following steps: (1) construction preparation; (2) surveying and setting out; (3) excavating a foundation pit; (4) foundation construction: performing foundation treatment after the foundation pit is excavated, and setting the pre-camber of the culvert bottom foundation; (5) assembling the steel corrugated pipe: connecting an A-shaped plate piece, a B-shaped plate piece, a C-shaped plate piece and a D-shaped plate piece which are formed by steel corrugated plates in an end-to-end sequence to form a closed shape, and connecting all the plate pieces together through 8.8-grade high-strength bolts to form the steel corrugated pipe with the diameter height of 7m; a rubber strip is arranged between the two plates at the joint; longitudinal connection is carried out after integral forming, mounting is carried out symmetrically from the center to the two ends, and the lap joint position of the outer side plate and the inner side plate is fixed through bolts, nuts and gaskets; (6) sealing and preservative treatment; (7) end wall construction; (8) pouring concrete in the culvert; (9) construction of a splayed wall; and (10) pipe periphery backfilling. The construction period is short, and the manufacturing cost is low.
本发明涉及一种大直径马蹄形钢波纹管通道涵洞施工方法,该方法包括以下步骤:⑴施工准备;⑵测量放样;⑶基坑开挖;⑷基础施工:基坑挖好后进行基底处理,并设置涵底基础预拱度;⑸钢波纹管拼装:采用钢波纹板构成的A型板件、B型板件、C型板件、D型板件按头尾顺序连接成闭合状,且各板件连接处通过8.8级高强度螺栓连接在一起形成径高为7m的钢波纹管;所述连接处的两板件之间设有橡胶条;整体成型后再进行纵向连接,由中心向双端对称进行安装,其中外侧板件与内侧板件搭接处通过螺栓、螺母、垫片固定;⑹密封、防腐处理;⑺端墙施工;⑻涵洞内部混凝土浇筑;⑼八字墙施工;⑽管周回填。本发明施工周期短、造价低。
