The grabbing device is magnetically attracted to the guardrail plate; a clamping mechanism is arranged on the transfer and turnover mechanism; an overturning assembly is arranged on the transferring and overturning mechanism; the grabbing device grabs one guardrail plate and conveys the guardrail plate to the clamping mechanism every time, the guardrail plate is turned over by an angle through the turnover assembly, so that the guardrail plate is changed into a vertical state from a horizontal state, and the guardrail plate can be conveniently in butt joint with a stand column; and a worker only needs to install a screw for fastening, so that the labor intensity of the worker is greatly reduced, and the working efficiency is improved.
