The horizontal displacement limiting device which is arranged at the bottom of the box-shaped main body unit and connected with the road surface provides horizontal acting force after the box-shaped main body unit moves in place, horizontal fixing of the box-shaped main body unit is achieved, and the anti-collision performance of the guardrail is improved; the isolation and protection effectiveness can be met under the condition that the tidal change of a road lane is met.
