Fabricated inclined throwing support and construction method thereof
The invention relates to an assembly type inclined throwing support and a construction method thereof. The assembly type inclined throwing support is mainly used in foundation pit supporting engineering. The assembly type inclined throwing support comprises lattice supporting joints, steel pipe joints, pile tips, power devices, angle connecting pieces, avoiding structural pieces, reinforcing pieces and bolts. A plurality of lattice supporting sections are spliced through bolts to form an inclined throwing support, and a plurality of steel pipe sections are spliced through bolts to be inserted into a soil layer below a base to form a supporting pile. The inclined throwing supports and the supporting piles are jacked into the soil body by the power device before large-area earthwork excavation, so that secondary earthwork excavation of the traditional inclined throwing supports is avoided. The pile tip is installed at the front end of the pipe joint of the first steel pipe, so that it is guaranteed that the supporting pile is jacked into the proper stratum depth. The upper end of the power device is fixed to the angle connecting piece, and the angle connecting piece can be adjusted according to the angle installation requirement of the inclined throwing support. The other end of the angle connecting piece is fixed to the surrounding purlin through the receding structural piece and the reinforcing piece, and the counter-acting force of the power device is transmitted to the supporting structure and the soil body behind the supporting structure through the surrounding purlin.
本发明涉及一种装配式斜抛撑及其施工方法,主要用于基坑支护工程中。装配式斜抛撑包括格构支撑节、钢管管节、桩尖、动力装置、角度连接件、避让结构件、加强件、螺栓。多根格构支撑节用螺栓拼装后形成斜抛撑,多根钢管管节用螺栓拼装后插入基底以下土层形成支承桩。斜抛撑与支承桩均于土方大面积开挖前由动力装置顶入土体,避免传统斜抛撑的土方二次开挖。桩尖安装于首根钢管管节前端,以保证支承桩被顶入至合适的地层深度。动力装置上端固定于角度连接件,角度连接件可根据斜抛撑的角度安装要求进行调整。角度连接件另一端通过避让结构件和加强件固定于围檩,并将动力装置的反作用力由围檩传递至支护结构及其后土体。
