The invention discloses a device for preventing a concrete structure from being corroded to solve the problems that in the prior art, an underground water level up-down fluctuation band at a sand filling layer is high in corrosion degree on the concrete structure, damage is caused, and the corrosion prevention cost is increased. The structure comprises a building and a concrete structure foundation, wherein the concrete structure foundation is arranged in a stratum; the stratum comprises a sand layer and a sludge layer, the sand layer has a water level change zone in the height direction, and the water level change zone is lower than the sand layer; the concrete structure foundation comprises a pile foundation bearing platform, and a plurality of pile bodies are arranged at the bottom of the pile foundation bearing platform. A waterproof curtain is arranged on the periphery of the concrete structure foundation, the upper end of the waterproof curtain and the upper end face of the sand layer are located on the same level, and the lower end is arranged in the sludge layer. The structure is simple, construction is convenient, the permeability of the sand layer is greatly reduced, the corrosion degree of the concrete structure foundation is further reduced, and the corrosion prevention cost is reduced.
