The invention discloses a counter basin drainer which comprises a shell assembly, a plug assembly, a support, a pull wire, an inhaul cable and a connecting pipe, the plug assembly is arranged at a water inlet in the upper end of the shell assembly, the upper end of the pull wire is connected with the plug assembly, and the lower end of the pull wire extends out of the support and the shell assembly and is fixedly provided with a first connector; a second connector is fixed to one end of a stay wire in the inhaul cable, one end of an outer sleeve in the inhaul cable is connected with one end of a connecting pipe, the other end of the connecting pipe is connected with the support, and the first connector and the second connector are slidably connected into the connecting pipe and connected. The counter basin drainer further comprises an automatic ball-point pen type pressing assembly used for being fixed to a counter top, the other end of the pull wire is connected with the driving end in the automatic ball-point pen type pressing assembly, and the other end of the outer sleeve is fixed to a shell in the automatic ball-point pen type pressing assembly. The sealing reliability of the plug assembly on the water inlet can be improved.
