Comprising a drainage groove and further comprises a cover plate of a hollow structure, and seepage holes are formed in the top of the cover plate in a penetrating mode; the filter plate is erected in the drainage tank, a plurality of first filter holes are formed in the filter plate, and a cutting assembly used for cutting sundries is arranged on the filter plate; the at least two groups of lifting mechanisms are arranged at the top of the drainage tank, are connected with the cover plate and are used for lifting the cover plate; the detection assembly is arranged on the cover plate and used for detecting the water pressure on the sundries and the cover plate, and when the detection assembly detects the sundries and the water pressure exceeds a preset threshold value, a signal is sent to the lifting mechanism, so that the lifting mechanism acts to lift the cover plate. The device has the advantages that most of accumulated water on the road surface can be removed, when sundries block the cover plate and the water pressure on the cover plate exceeds a threshold value, the electric telescopic rod is driven to lift the cover plate, the drainage area is increased, and the accumulated water around the cover plate can be sucked into the drainage groove through the arrangement of the water suction mechanism.
