The construction method comprises the following steps that 1, a supporting jig frame is used for paying off; 2, bearing platform sealing steel bars are installed; 3, a column foot supporting system is installed; 4, leveling the supporting top surface; step 5, hoisting the embedded column base; step 6, measuring, correcting and fixing the embedded column base; 7, embedded column steel bars are installed; 8, mounting waist distribution bars in a ground beam and bearing platform area; 9, bearing platform reinforcing steel bars and non-closed stirrups are welded; step 10, remeasuring and reinforcing the column foot; and 11, bottom plate concrete is poured. The embedded type section steel column base construction method is scientific and reasonable in design, the section steel column base bolt support is embedded firstly, then the section steel column base is installed, and finally the bottom plate bearing platform is poured at a time, so that the construction quality of the bottom plate bearing platform and the safety of the whole structure can be effectively guaranteed.
