The invention discloses a building and decoration thermal insulation integrated synchronous construction method, which belongs to the technical field of buildings, and comprises the following steps: (1) more than two keels are sequentially arranged along the extension direction of a wall body to be built, each keel comprises a first vertical rib and a second vertical rib which are sequentially arranged side by side from inside to outside, and further comprises more than two transverse ribs which are sequentially arranged up and down, one end of the transverse rib is fixed with the first vertical rib, the other end of the transverse rib is fixed with the second vertical rib, and a clamping groove is formed in the transverse rib; transverse reinforcing steel bars are clamped in the clamping grooves in the same straight line in all the keels to form a reinforcing steel bar net rack; (2) an inner decoration plate is fixed in the first plane, an outer decoration plate is fixed in the second plane, and a pouring cavity is formed between the inner decoration plate and the outer decoration plate; and (3) the pouring cavity is filled with slurry, and after the slurry is cured and formed, the slurry, the inner decoration plate and the outer decoration plate jointly form the wall body. According to the construction method, construction of functional layers such as heat preservation and decoration is completed while traditional pouring construction is conducted, the construction procedures are reduced, and the construction period is shortened.
