Fabricated grating suspended ceiling structure with fine-adjustable keels
The assembly type grid suspended ceiling structure comprises hanging rods, hanging keels, hanging pieces and aluminum square tubes, the hanging rods are fixedly installed on a building floor, the hanging keels are fixedly installed at the bottoms of the hanging rods, the section of each hanging keel is in a C shape, and each hanging keel comprises a top plate and a bottom plate; the bottoms of the hanging rods penetrate through the top plate and then are fixed through first nuts, the top plate is parallel to the bottom plate, the width of the top plate is larger than that of the bottom plate, a plurality of hanging pieces arranged in the length direction of the bottom plate are arranged below the bottom plate, the hanging rods and the hanging pieces are arranged in a staggered mode, the section of each hanging piece is in an inverted-T shape, and the aluminum square tubes are connected below the hanging pieces in a hung mode. Compared with the prior art, after the aluminum square tube is hung, the height of the hanging keel on the hanging rod can be flexibly adjusted according to requirements, and fine adjustment of the finished surface of the grating ceiling is achieved.
本发明公开了一种龙骨可微调设计的装配式格栅吊顶结构,包括:吊杆、挂接龙骨、挂件和铝方通,吊杆固定安装在建筑楼板上,挂接龙骨固定安装在吊杆底部,挂接龙骨的截面呈“C”字型,挂接龙骨包括顶板和底板,述吊杆底部穿过顶板后通过第一螺母固定,顶板平行于底板,顶板的宽度大于底板的宽度,底板下方设置有沿自身长度方向布置的若干个挂件,吊杆和挂件错位布置,挂件的截面呈倒置的“T”字型,铝方通挂接在挂件下方。本发明相较于现有技术,在铝方通挂接完成后,可以根据需求灵活调整吊挂龙骨在吊杆上的高度,实现格栅吊顶完成面的微调。
