The invention discloses a structural steel post-cast strip independent supporting system construction method which comprises the following steps: preparing materials, obtaining an arrangement diagram according to calculation, positioning, measuring and setting out, and selecting a structural steel model; paying off, positioning and mounting a profile steel support, and paying off on the poured top plate according to a construction scheme and a drawing; an upper supporting piece is fixedly installed on the top of the supporting I-shaped steel and directly abuts against the lower side of a beam bottom formwork or a floor slab. The profile steel supporting stand columns are straightened and rectified, and two horizontal pull rods are installed above and below one meter of the center line of each profile steel and penetrate through the whole post-cast strip independent supporting system; the steel pipe supporting frame body is dismantled according to the dismantling principle that the steel pipe supporting frame body is firstly supported and then dismantled, and then supported and firstly dismantled; the lateral supports are firstly disassembled from top to bottom, and then the vertical supports are disassembled from top to bottom.
