Lofting construction method for bidirectional inclined reducing concrete column
The invention relates to a lofting construction method for a two-way inclined variable-diameter concrete column. The lofting construction method comprises the following steps: establishing a three-dimensional model of the two-way inclined variable-diameter column in BIM (Building Information Modeling) software; respectively taking control sections above and below the column; then converting the control section into a straight line and arc expression line frame, taking end points of the straight line and the arc as control points of the control section, measuring coordinates of the control points in the three-dimensional model, then measuring ground projection coordinates of the control points, drawing projection coordinates of the control points on a construction platform of a construction site, and calculating a three-dimensional model; the position of each control section is measured back according to the projection coordinates, and a supporting system is erected according to a batter post formwork construction scheme; according to the method, through the use of the control sections of the upper portion and the lower portion of the column and the feature control points, the process of multiple times of spatial positioning of the formwork in conventional construction is reduced, rapid and accurate positioning of the formwork is achieved, the accuracy of formwork positioning is ensured, and the construction quality of the bidirectional inclined variable-section column is improved.
本发明涉及一种双向倾斜变径混凝土柱的放样施工方法,在BIM软件中建立双向倾斜变径柱的三维模型;在柱上、下分别取控制截面;然后将控制截面转化为由直线和圆弧表达线框,将直线和圆弧的端点作为控制截面的控制点,在三维模型中测量出控制点的坐标,再测量出这些控制点的地面投影坐标,在施工现场施工平台上画定控制点的投影坐标,根据投影坐标返测到各控制截面的位置,按照斜柱模板施工方案进行支撑系统搭设;最后安装模块并浇筑柱子,此方法通过柱子上下部控制截面及特征控制点的使用,减少了常规施工中模板多次空间定位的过程,实现模板的快速、准确定位,确保了模板定位的准确性,提高了双向倾斜变截面柱的施工质量。
