The invention relates to an intelligent window opening and closing device which comprises a controller arranged at a window frame, the controller comprises a sensor integration device, a control unit and a window body driver, and the sensor integration device is integrated with a temperature sensor, a humidity sensor, an air quality detection device and a volatile compound gas detection device. The control unit is connected to the sensor integration device and the window body driver, and the window body driver is connected to the window opener installed on the window body through the linkage operator. And the control unit controls the window body driver to drive the window opener on the window body to open and close the window body according to each parameter signal detected by the sensor integration device. The automatic window closing function in rainy days can be achieved, indoor and outdoor air indexes can be detected, and operations such as automatic window opening and ventilation can be carried out. And meanwhile, background data can be obtained by utilizing a mobile phone APP and a client, so that a user can know window sill environment parameters in real time and perform remote operation.
