The invention discloses a preparation method of cement paste reinforced and toughened coral aggregate seawater and sea sand concrete, and belongs to the technical field of building material application and concrete. The method comprises the following steps: taking a proper amount of coral aggregate and removing impurities; the pretreated aggregate is placed in the mixed cement paste to be soaked and wrapped with the paste, and the reinforced coral aggregate is obtained; and preparing the cement paste reinforced and toughened coral aggregate seawater sea sand concrete from the reinforced aggregate, sea sand, cement and seawater as raw materials. According to the invention, the inner and outer pores of the coral aggregate are filled by adopting a hole-plugging shell-making strengthening method, and a wrapping layer is formed outside the aggregate, so that the effects of reducing the overall porosity of the coral aggregate concrete and optimizing dual interface transition areas between the aggregate and the wrapping layer and between the wrapping layer and mortar are achieved; in addition, the transverse deformation of the concrete is effectively improved, the ductility of the concrete is increased, and the concrete compressive strength, the axial compressive strength and the splitting tensile strength are improved.
本发明公开了一种水泥净浆强化及增韧珊瑚骨料海水海砂混凝土的制备方法,属于建筑材料应用与混凝土技术领域。它包括下列步骤:取适量珊瑚骨料去除杂质;将预处理的骨料置于拌制的水泥净浆中浸泡裹浆获得强化珊瑚骨料;并以此强化骨料与海砂、水泥、海水为原材料制备水泥净浆强化及增韧珊瑚骨料海水海砂混凝土。本发明采用堵孔造壳的强化方法,填充珊瑚骨料的内、外孔隙,并在骨料外部形成一层包裹层,进而达到减少珊瑚骨料混凝土整体孔隙率,优化骨料与包裹层以及包裹层与砂浆之间的双重界面过渡区的效果,此外还有效改善混凝土的横向变形,增加混凝土的延性,提高混凝土抗压强度、轴心抗压强度及劈裂抗拉强度。
