本发明涉及一种基于固相合成法的单斜钡长石陶瓷材料及其制备方法。其技术方案是∶按照原料中所含氧化物的摩尔比为BaO∶Al2O3∶SiO2=1∶(1~1.1)∶2配料,混合,球磨,烘干,制得混合粉体I。所述原料为钡源、铝硅源和硅源补充物的混合物;其中:钡源为碳酸钡或为氢氧化钡,铝硅源为莫来石、蓝晶石、红柱石和夕线石中的一种,硅源补充物为熔融石英。将混合粉体I在50~80MPa机压成型,干燥,再加热至1200~1500℃,保温3~6h,自然冷却,制得基于固相合成法的单斜钡长石陶瓷材料。本发明具有工艺简单、生产周期短和成本低的特点,能够在较低温度与较短保温时间下合成主晶相为单斜钡长石的陶瓷材料,所制制品物相纯度高、体积密度小和显气孔率大。
