Application of glass fiber reinforced polymer in bridge deck pavement
According to the application of the glass fiber rib in bridge deck pavement, the problems that a large number of rib net reinforcing piece structures need to be used in existing bridge deck pavement, existing rib connection is achieved through additionally-arranged connecting pieces or connecting ropes, constructors need to slowly bind the ribs one by one in the specific use process, and the construction difficulty is high are solved. The connecting pieces are arranged outside the reinforcing ribs, so that the working environment of the connecting pieces is poor, the connecting strength of the connecting pieces cannot meet the requirement quickly as time goes on, the bridge floor is a place where vehicles or pedestrians pass, the connecting strength of the rib net must reach a certain height, and therefore, the connecting pieces cannot meet the requirement quickly. An applicant selects and uses the glass fiber ribs with the steel wires as the rib net pieces, in order to prevent the connecting pieces from being exposed out of the fiber ribs, the connecting balls and the inserting rods are arranged in the fiber ribs respectively, and when the rib net structure needs to be arranged, only the inserting rods need to be pressed into the connecting balls.
本发明的一种玻璃纤维筋在桥面铺装应用,其考虑到现有桥面铺设需要用到大量的筋网加强件结构,现有筋的连接都是通过额外设置的连接件或者是连接绳实现的,在具体使用时需要施工人员一个一个慢慢的绑紧,而且连接件由于是设置在加强筋的外部的,因此其工作环境较差,随着时间的推移其连接强度往往很快就达不到要求,而桥面是车辆或行人通过的地方,筋网的连接强度必须能够达到一定高度,为此,申请人选择使用了带钢丝的玻璃纤维筋作为筋网件,为了避免连接件暴露于纤维筋之外,在纤维筋内分别设置了连接球和插入杆,在需要布置筋网结构时,仅仅需要将插入杆压入连接球即可。
