Plane sliding reliable locking type beam lifting prevention seismic mitigation and isolation support
The invention provides a plane sliding reliable locking type beam lifting prevention seismic mitigation and isolation support which comprises a top plate, a lower seat plate, a middle seat plate, a bottom seat plate and a limiting plate and further comprises a pressurizing device, permanent check blocks are arranged on the periphery of the bottom face of the top plate, key pins are installed on the outer sides of the check blocks on the two sides in the transverse bridge direction, the key pins and the top plate move synchronously, a first groove is formed in the upper surface of the lower seat plate, and a second groove is formed in the lower surface of the middle seat plate. One end of the pressurizing device is in lap joint with the lower base plate, the other end of the pressurizing device is in lap joint with the key pin, and the key pin on one side is pressed into the first groove. During normal operation, normal sliding of the support cannot cause lifting of a beam body, and the requirement for normal running stability of a bridge is met; when an earthquake occurs, a plane friction pair of the support is locked by a key pin and does not participate in seismic isolation and reduction sliding, and the support always slides in a double-spherical-surface mode instead of a double-spherical-surface and plane interactive sliding mode, so that the seismic isolation and reduction effect of the support in the longitudinal bridge direction is improved; after the earthquake, the component force of the self-weight of the upper structure of the support in the curved surface direction serves as restoring force, and the support restores the normal function.
本发明提供一种平面滑动可靠锁定型防抬梁减隔震支座,包括顶板、下座板、中座板、底座板和限位板,还包括加压装置,顶板底面四周设置永久挡块,在两侧横桥向的挡块的外侧安装键销,键销与顶板同步运动,在下座板上表面设置有第一凹槽,加压装置一端与下座板搭接,加压装置的另一端与键销搭接,将一侧的键销压入所述第一凹槽内。正常运行时,支座的正常滑行不会带来梁体的抬升,满足桥梁正常行车平稳性要求;发生地震时支座平面摩擦副由于键销锁死,不参与减隔震滑动,支座始终以双球面滑动,不是双球面和平面交互滑动,提高了支座纵桥向的减隔震效果;地震过后,支座上部结构自重沿曲面方向的分力作为回复力,使支座恢复正常功能。
