The invention discloses a grotto temple top prestress tailless back pressure filling grouting anchoring structure and method. The structure comprises anchor rod holes and anchor rod assemblies. The anchor rod hole comprises an orifice section and a hole body section which are communicated with each other; the anchor rod assembly comprises an anchor rod body, a wedge-shaped anchor head, a base plate and an exhaust pipe, a wedge-shaped part is arranged at the anchoring end of the anchor rod body, the wedge-shaped anchor head is matched with the wedge-shaped part, the base plate is fixed to the tail of the anchor rod body through a nut, the outer ring of the base plate makes close contact with the inner wall of the orifice section, one end of the exhaust pipe is fixed to the anchoring end of the anchor rod body, and the other end of the exhaust pipe makes close contact with the orifice section. The other end of the exhaust pipe penetrates through the base plate; the part, located above the base plate, in the anchor rod hole is filled with a grouting body, the part, located below the base plate, in the anchor rod hole is provided with an anchor sealing body, and the tail of the anchor rod body is completely embedded in the anchor sealing body. The grout leakage phenomenon in the grouting process is prevented through tight contact between the base plate and the inner wall of the hole opening section, the tail of the anchor rod body is completely embedded in the anchor sealing body, and the appearance of the grotto temple surface cannot be changed.
