The invention relates to a grouting method for limiting deformation of an existing tunnel when a foundation pit is constructed around the existing tunnel, which comprises the following steps: monitoring the deformation condition of the existing tunnel in real time when the foundation pit is constructed around the existing tunnel; when the deformation area of the existing tunnel reaches the set deformation amount, a grouting machine is provided, and the grouting machine is used for conducting grouting reinforcement on the side, close to the foundation pit, of the deformation area of the existing tunnel in the foundation pit, and a soil body reinforcing structure is formed on the side, close to the foundation pit, of the deformed area of the existing tunnel so as to limit continuous deformation of the existing tunnel. Safety and stability of the operated existing tunnel are guaranteed, and excavation construction of the foundation pit around the existing tunnel is also guaranteed.
