The invention provides a precipitation well blowout preventer and a construction method thereof.The construction method comprises the following steps that a straight joint faces upwards, a steel plate welded with the straight joint is installed on the inner side of a precipitation well steel casing, the installation position of the steel plate is located above a precipitation well pipe and 15-20 cm lower than the top face of a structural bottom plate, and in the steel plate lowering process, the straight joint is welded with the steel plate; a hose of a self-priming pump penetrates through the straight joint to pump leakage water in the dewatering well, it is guaranteed that the water level of the leakage water does not exceed the height of the steel plate, water pumping is conducted continuously, and it is guaranteed that no water flow leaks out of the joint of the steel plate and the inner wall of the steel casing; the steel plate is fully welded on the inner side of the dewatering well steel casing; after the hose of the self-priming pump is pulled out, the plug cap is immediately screwed on the straight joint; and backfilling the upper part of the steel plate to the elevation of the structural bottom plate by using a plugging material to finish plugging work. Prefabricated flange plate mounting or grouting work is not needed, the construction steps are clear, the site requirement is low, the construction technology is simple, the construction speed is high, economical efficiency is high, and remarkable social and economic benefits are achieved.
本发明提供了一种降水井封井器及其施工方法,施工方法包括如下步骤:使直通接头朝上,将焊接有直通接头的钢板安装在降水井钢护筒内侧,钢板安装位置位于降水井管的上方且低于结构底板顶面以下15~20cm,在钢板下放的过程中,将自吸泵的软管穿过直通接头抽取降水井内的渗漏水,保证渗漏水水位不超过钢板高度并持续抽水,保证钢板与钢护筒内壁连接处无水流渗出;将钢板满焊在降水井钢护筒内侧;拔出自吸泵的软管后立即将堵帽拧紧于直通接头上;利用堵漏材料将钢板上部回填至结构底板标高即完成封堵工作。本发明无需安装预制法兰盘或是注浆工作,施工步骤明确、对场地要求低、施工工艺简单、施工速度快,经济性高、具有显著的社会经济效益。
