Radial laying method of fan-shaped floor steel bar truss floor support plate
The invention discloses a radial laying method of a fan-shaped floor steel bar truss floor support plate. The radial laying method comprises the steps of circumferential laying of the steel bar truss floor support plate, deepening design, installation and the like. The deepening design principle comprises the steps that the floor support plate between every two adjacent axes serves as a design unit; the floor support plate of each unit is typeset and designed from the radial center line of the unit to the axes on the two sides; the triangular area of the axis part adopts a steel plate to replace a floor support plate. The installation step comprises the steps that the floor bearing plates of the units are laid from the radial center lines of the units till all the floor bearing plates are installed; mounting a steel plate in an axis triangular area between the units, wherein the steel plate and the floor support plate are in butt joint; and the lap joint part of the floor support plate or the steel plate and the steel beam is subjected to stud welding. Cutting during field installation of the floor support plate is avoided, the installation efficiency of the floor support plate is improved, and time and labor are saved; the floor support plates do not interfere with each other during installation, and the installation quality of the floor support plates is guaranteed.
本发明公开了一种扇形楼面钢筋桁架楼承板的径向铺设方法,包括环向铺设钢筋桁架楼承板深化设计和安装等步骤。深化设计原则包括每相邻两个轴线之间的楼承板作为一个设计单元;每个单元的楼承板从单元径向中心线往两侧轴线进行排版设计;轴线部位的三角区域采用钢板代替楼承板。安装步骤包括从单元径向中心线开始铺设所述单元的楼承板,直至全部楼承板安装完毕;安装单元间轴线三角形区域的钢板,所述钢板与楼承板之间对接接缝;所述楼承板或钢板与钢梁搭接部位进行栓钉焊接。本发明避免楼承板现场安装时的切割,提高楼承板安装效率,省时省力;保证楼承板安装时不互相干涉,保证楼承板安装质量。
