The invention provides a curved ceramic plate stair step which comprises a vertically-bent ceramic pedal, the ceramic pedal is provided with a vertically-bent outer surface and a vertically-bent inner surface, a groove is formed in the vertical corner of the inner surface, and a woven layer is attached to the inner surface with the groove. A reinforcing structure layer horizontally extending to the groove is arranged on the inner side of the braid layer. The invention further provides a mold for manufacturing the curved-surface ceramic plate stair step and a method for manufacturing the curved-surface ceramic plate stair step by using the mold. High-thickness ceramic plates are selected, the safety of walking on the ceramic plates is guaranteed, the ceramic plates are processed and manufactured into the curved-surface stair step, and compared with a traditional spliced stair step, the curved-surface stair step is more attractive and safer.
本发明提供一种曲面陶瓷板楼梯踏步，包括垂直弯曲的陶瓷踏板，具有垂直弯曲的外表面和内表面，在所述内表面的垂直拐角处设有凹槽，在带有所述凹槽的内表面附有一层编织层，在所述编织层的内侧设有水平延伸至所述凹槽的加强结构层。本发明还提供一种用于制作如上所述的曲面陶瓷板楼梯踏步的模具，以及使用该模具制作如上所述的曲面陶瓷板楼梯踏步的方法。本发明通过选用高厚度陶瓷板材，保证行走于上的安全性，后加工制作成曲面楼梯踏步，比传统的拼接楼梯踏步更具美观性及安全性。
