The invention discloses a formwork supporting device of a V-shaped concrete cylinder and a construction method thereof.The device comprises limiting frames obliquely arranged on the opposite sides of two oblique limbs of the V-shaped concrete cylinder, each limiting frame comprises a plurality of supporting plates arranged in the length direction of the oblique limbs at intervals, and each supporting plate is provided with a first side and a second side which are opposite; a notch for embedding a template of an inclined limb is formed in the first side of each supporting plate, the first sides of the supporting plates are connected with reinforcing rods, and the second sides of the supporting plates are connected with a plurality of reinforcing plates; each bearing frame comprises a plurality of vertical rods arranged in a matrix mode and a transverse rod connected to the vertical rods, the heights of the vertical rods are arranged in a stepped mode, and the vertical rods of each bearing frame are correspondingly supported on the reinforcing plate of one limiting frame; and the tie rods are respectively tied between the two opposite sides of the supporting frame below the two inclined limbs. The problem that a special-shaped column of a large building structure is difficult to construct by adopting a conventional formwork reinforcing and supporting method is solved.
本发明公开了一种V形混凝土圆柱的模板支撑装置及其施工方法,该装置包括:倾斜设置于V形混凝土圆柱的两斜肢的相背侧的限位架,限位架包括沿斜肢的长度方向间隔设置的多块支撑板,支撑板具有相对的第一侧和第二侧,支撑板的第一侧形成供斜肢的模板嵌设的缺口,多块支撑板的第一侧连接有加固杆,多块支撑板的第二侧连接有多根加固板;支承架,包括呈矩阵式排布的多根立杆和连接于多根立杆的横杆,多根立杆的高度呈阶梯式设置,每一支承架的多根立杆对应地支撑于一限位架的加固板;以及拉结杆,两斜肢的下方的支承架的相对两侧之间分别拉结有拉结杆。本发明解决了大型建筑结构的异形柱难以采用常规模板加固支撑做法施工的问题。
