The invention discloses an auxiliary positioning device for special-shaped curtain wall splicing, which comprises special-shaped rails, the side walls of the special-shaped rails are provided with sliding chutes with the same curvature as the special-shaped rails, and an auxiliary device is arranged between the two special-shaped rails; the auxiliary device comprises two sliding rods which are arranged in parallel, the two ends of the outer wall of each sliding rod are rotationally connected with two sliding sleeves, the end of each sliding sleeve is rotationally connected with a rotating wheel, the rotating wheels are clamped in the sliding grooves, and the outer wall of each sliding rod is rotationally connected with two ring sleeves; the auxiliary positioning tool effectively solves the problems that many existing building walls are in a curved surface shape, so that a curtain wall is greatly changed along with the curvature of the walls, and a conventional auxiliary positioning tool cannot be suitable for installation of the curved surface curtain wall; and secondly, due to the adoption of high-altitude operation, an existing curtain wall auxiliary installation positioning support is large in size and cannot be adjusted, and displacement is inconvenient when a special-shaped curtain wall is installed.
本发明公开了一种用于异形幕墙拼装的辅助定位装置，包括异形轨道，异形轨道侧壁开设有与异形轨道曲率相同的滑槽，两个异形轨道之间设置有辅助装置；辅助装置包括两根平行布置的滑杆，每个滑杆外壁两端均转动连接有两个滑套，每个滑套端头均转动连接有转轮，转轮卡在滑槽内部，每个滑杆外壁均转动连接有两个环套；本发明有效解决了现有的很多建筑墙壁为曲面造型，从而造成了幕墙也跟随墙壁曲率进行较大的变化，常规的辅助定位工具已经不能适用于曲面幕墙的安装；其次由于采用高空作业，现有的幕墙辅助安装定位支架自身体积较大，且不可进行调整，在进行异形幕墙安装时，不方便进行移位的问题。
