The invention relates to a building concrete structural column rescue repair method which comprises the following steps: step 1, a plurality of supporting columns are mounted on the periphery of a to-be-repaired structural column, and each supporting column is supported between an upper-layer structural beam and a lower-layer structural beam adjacent to the to-be-repaired structural column; secondly, the formwork of the structural column is dismantled, concrete in the structural column is removed, and after the concrete is removed, the formwork of the structural column is erected again; thirdly, high-strength grouting materials are mixed and poured into the formwork of the structural column, and the grouting liquid level position is made to be higher than the top of the formwork of the structural column by a preset distance; and fourthly, the structural column subjected to grouting repair is maintained, and after maintenance is completed, the supporting column and the formwork are dismantled. According to the rescue repair method for the building concrete structural column, a poured building structure on the upper layer does not need to be dismantled, construction is efficient and rapid, time and labor are saved, the risk is controllable, the size of a building component cannot be increased, and the construction cost is low.
本发明涉及一种建筑混凝土结构柱抢救性修复方法,其包括如下步骤:步骤一、在待修复的结构柱的周边安装多根支撑柱,各所述支撑柱支撑在与待修复的结构柱相邻的上下两层结构梁之间;步骤二、拆除所述结构柱的模板,剔除所述结构柱内的混凝土,混凝土剔除完成后重新支设好所述结构柱的模板;步骤三、拌制高强度灌浆料,并将灌浆料灌入结构柱的模板内,并使灌浆液面位置高出结构柱的模板顶部预设距离;步骤四、对灌浆修复的所述结构柱进行养护,养护完成后拆除所述支撑柱和模板。本发明提供的建筑混凝土结构柱抢救性修复方法无需对上层已浇筑的建筑结构拆除,施工高效快速、省时省力、风险可控,不会增加建筑物构件尺寸,且施工成本较低。
