An insulation board is fixedly mounted in the sampling station, the peripheral space of the insulation board and the internal space of the sampling station form three ventilation ducts, and a temperature control all-in-one machine is fixedly mounted outside the sampling station. According to the invention, through the arrangement of the refrigerator and the heater in the temperature control unit, the temperature detected in the sampling station is compared and judged according to the temperature sensor, and then heating and refrigeration temperature control operation is carried out, so that the environment temperature requirement of medical personnel in the sampling station is met.
