The additive is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: concentrated sulfuric acid, 2-menaphthalene and formaldehyde. The preparation process of the nano dispersant comprises the following steps: step 1, in a production process, firstly adding a given amount of 2-menaphthalene into a reaction kettle, starting stirring, heating to 55-75 DEG C, dropwise adding a given amount of sulfuric acid for 60-90 minutes, then slowly heating to 110-120 DEG C, vacuumizing, and keeping the temperature for 100-120 minutes; 2, cooling the reaction kettle to 65-70 DEG C, dropwise adding a given amount of formaldehyde, sealing, heating to 80-90 DEG C, and keeping the temperature; 3, after heat preservation is finished, the mixture is guided into a neutralization pot to be neutralized, and after adjustment, the mixture is guided into a filter and collected. The water reducing agent can be dissolved in concrete to serve as a strong water reducing agent, the construction period can be shortened, water is saved, the cement strength is improved, and the building construction efficiency is improved.
