Collapsible loess roadbed construction method
The invention provides a collapsible loess roadbed construction method, which comprises the following steps of: hammering a pile hole by a hammering immersed tube pore-forming method, after the pile hole is formed, moving away a pile driver, placing a soil pile rammer compactor on the pile hole, aligning a tamping hammer to the pile hole, then filling the pile hole with uniformly mixed and sieved filler with moderate water content according to the quantity as required, and finally, compacting the pile hole to obtain the collapsible loess roadbed. Under the combined action of self weight and load of a construction roadbed, a soil body structure can be kept for a long time, the bearing capacity of a loess pavement is improved, later-stage loess settlement can be reduced, the stability of the loess roadbed can be guaranteed, a partial or complete replacement mode is adopted, and the construction cost is reduced. Meanwhile, the mode of combining the soil piles and the lime soil piles is adopted, the porosity in the loess is effectively reduced, and therefore the engineering effects of eliminating the collapsibility of the foundation and improving the water stability are achieved.
本发明提供了一种湿陷性黄土路基施工方法,通过锤击沉管成孔法锤击处桩孔,并在桩孔造成之后,将打桩机移走,将土桩夯实机就位在桩孔上,夯实锤对准桩孔,然后将含水量适中的拌合均匀并过筛的填充料,按要求依量填入桩孔中,夯实之后基桩即筑成,解决了施工路基在自重和荷重共同作用下,土体结构能够长时间保持,提高黄土路面的承载力,可以减少后期的黄土沉降,又可以保证黄土路基的稳定性,采用部分或者全部置换的方式,进一步确保了黄土路基填筑施工质量,同时采用土桩和灰土桩结合的方式,有效的降低黄土中孔隙率,从而达到消除地基湿陷性和提高水稳定性的工程效果。
