The invention belongs to the technical field of intelligent sports equipment, and provides a runway surface layer, an energy storage runway, an intelligent runway and a sports data monitoring method.The runway surface layer comprises a friction layer and a conductive layer, the friction layer is made of an insulating rubber composite material, and the conductive layer is made of a conductive rubber material; the friction layer and the conductive layer are combined into a whole through an interface layer formed after co-vulcanization. The runway surface layer can directly convert mechanical energy of movement into electric energy, and the bonding strength of the conductive layer and the friction layer can be improved under the condition that the conductive performance is hardly reduced. The runway surface layer is used for sensing sports data of athletes, supplying power to supporting facilities around the runway and storing redundant electric energy, energy is recycled while intelligence is achieved, and two purposes are achieved.
