The invention discloses a bridge structure for improving bridge durability in marine environment, which comprises a bridge floor and a plurality of piers for supporting the bridge floor, annular seats are mounted on the outer sides of the piers, the annular seats surround the piers, and annular spaces are formed between the annular seats and the piers. A damping mechanism connected with the annular base and the pier is arranged in the annular space, and an annular folding cover for sealing the annular space is installed at an opening of the annular space. The invention discloses a design method for improving bridge durability in a marine environment. The design method comprises the following steps: analyzing marine depths and marine power at different depths; determining the size and the spacing of the annular seat; preparing concrete raw materials; after the annular base is formed through pouring, a damping mechanism is installed; filling epoxy resin; and the annular folding cover is mounted at the opening of the annular space to seal the annular space. By arranging the circular-truncated-cone-shaped annular base, seawater is prevented from making contact with the bridge pier, and the bridge has higher durability.
