The invention discloses a wave-resistant energy-dissipation slope protection structure which comprises a plurality of longitudinal insertion plates and a plurality of transverse insertion plates which are arranged on the surface of a slope, a plurality of planting areas are defined by the longitudinal insertion plates and the transverse insertion plates, the planting areas are provided with transverse baffles, and the transverse baffles are slidably connected into the planting areas in the length directions of the longitudinal insertion plates. The top ends of the transverse baffles are higher than the top ends of the transverse insertion plates, waterproof films are arranged in the multiple planting areas, one ends of the waterproof films are connected to the transverse insertion plates at the lower positions in the planting areas, the other ends of the waterproof films are connected to the transverse baffles in the planting areas, and in the initial state, the transverse baffles are located at the lower positions of the planting areas; the transverse baffle slides towards the top of the slope, and the planting area is covered with the waterproof film; when the sea waves fade, the transverse baffle resets, and the waterproof film is compressed to the lower position of the planting area. The slope protection structure has the effect that the anti-scouring effect of the slope is improved under the condition that the overall height of the protection structure is not increased.
