Energy-saving device and method utilizing siphon capacity of pipe network
The invention belongs to the technical field of water conservancy projects, and discloses an energy-saving device and method utilizing pipe network siphon capacity, the top and the lower portion of a water level tank in the energy-saving device utilizing the pipe network siphon capacity are connected to a top water flow direction descending pipeline of a water supply pipeline through communicating pipes respectively, and a water level measuring device is installed on the water level tank. The water level tank is mounted at the top of tower equipment or a water supply pipeline; the highest point of the top of the water supply pipeline is connected to the vacuum pump through a top water outlet pipeline; the water supply pipeline is connected with a circulating water inlet pipe and a circulating water outlet pipe, the circulating water outlet pipe is connected with the adjusting valve, and the water level measuring device is a water level gauge or a water level sensor. The energy-saving effect generated by siphoning is utilized to the greatest extent, and meanwhile, the harm to production caused by vacuum generated by siphoning is solved.
