Two riveting bolts are installed on the hinge seat, a sealing gasket penetrates through the riveting bolts to be arranged at the position where the hinge seat and a metal plate are fixed, a pin is installed on the hinge seat, a hoop part of a hoop type connecting arm is connected with the hinge seat through the pin, a connecting arm part of the hoop type connecting arm is connected with the hinge arm, and the connecting arm part of the hoop type connecting arm is connected with the metal plate. And a bushing is sleeved between the pin and the hoop part of the hoop type connecting arm.
