The air inlet device penetrates through the outer wall face of the building and is communicated with the fresh air system arranged in the building, an environment detector and a controller are arranged in the building, the improved heat preservation structure has better heat preservation performance, the fresh air system of an existing near-zero-energy-consumption building is improved, intermittent operation can be achieved according to the environment in the building, and the energy consumption of the building is reduced. According to the improved fresh air system, air outside the building is passively introduced into the fresh air system through the arranged air inlet device, energy consumed in the air suction process is reduced, and the effect of reducing the energy consumption of the zero-energy-consumption building fresh air system is achieved.
