If yes, adjustment is not needed, the sleepiness coefficient of the person in the driving process is obtained through calculation and compared with a set sleepiness coefficient threshold value, if the sleepiness coefficient is smaller than the sleepiness coefficient threshold value, operation does not need to be conducted, and if the sleepiness coefficient is larger than the sleepiness coefficient threshold value, the vehicle is braked immediately, and an alarm prompt is given out.
