Easily flowable auxiliary cementing material as well as preparation method and application thereof
The invention discloses an easy-flowing auxiliary cementing material as well as a preparation method and application thereof, belongs to the technical field of building materials, and solves the technical problems that low-grade concrete in the prior art is relatively poor in wrapping property and flowability due to relatively small use amount of a cementing material. The easily flowable auxiliary cementing material comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 30-60 parts of lithium slag, 0-40 parts of stone chips or stone powder, 0-70 parts of titanium slag and a modified material which accounts for 0.5-1.5 wt.% of the total amount of the raw materials. The preparation method of the easy-flowing auxiliary cementing material comprises the following step: grinding the dried raw materials to obtain the easy-flowing auxiliary cementing material. The invention also provides application of the easy-flowing auxiliary cementing material in preparation of low-grade self-compacting concrete. The auxiliary cementing material is used for equivalently replacing cement, the self-compacting concrete can be prepared under the condition that the using amount of the auxiliary cementing material is the same as that of the common low-grade concrete, and the expansion degree and the T500 expansion time of the obtained self-compacting concrete can respectively reach the SF2 grade and the VS1 grade specified by JGJ/T283-2012 Technical Regulations for Application of Self-compacting Concrete.
本发明公开了一种易流型辅助胶凝材料、其制法及应用,属于建筑材料技术领域,解决现有技术中低等级混凝土由于胶凝材料用量较少,其包裹性、流动性较差的技术问题。该易流型辅助胶凝材料的原料包括锂渣30‑60份、石屑或石粉0‑40份、钛矿渣0‑70份,以及占上述原料总量0.5‑1.5wt.%的改性材料。该易流型辅助胶凝材料的制备方法为:将烘干后的各原料粉磨后即得。本发明还提供了易流型辅助胶凝材料在制备低等级自密实混凝土中的应用。利用该辅助胶凝材料等量取代水泥,可以和普通低等级混凝土相同的胶凝材料用量下制备出自密实混凝土,所获得的自密实混凝土扩展度和T500扩展时间可以分别达到JGJ/T283‑2012《自密实混凝土应用技术规程》规定的SF2等级和VS1等级。
