The under-mine milling machine comprises a frame system, and a walking system, a milling system, a belt conveyor system, an anti-explosion diesel engine, a hydraulic system and an anti-explosion control system are arranged on the frame system. The walking system is a crawler-type walking system and comprises two pairs of crawler wheels in front and back; the milling system is located between the front pair of crawler wheels and the rear pair of crawler wheels and comprises a milling barrel, the milling barrel is connected with an anti-explosion diesel engine and drives the milling barrel to rotate along the center axis of the milling barrel, the milling barrel is connected with a cutting depth control rack, and a plurality of milling cutters distributed along a spiral line are arranged on the outer wall of the milling barrel; the belt conveyor system is arranged at the front part of the frame system, comprises a first-stage belt mechanism and a second-stage belt mechanism, and can throw out milled and planed crushed materials. The road surface in a roadway is partially or completely crushed in a rolling milling mode, milled crushed aggregates can be directly used for re-paving a roadway road surface layer after being treated, and the device has the advantages of being high in working efficiency, high in intelligent degree, high in safety and the like.
本发明矿下铣刨机,包括车架系统,在车架系统上设置行走系统、铣刨系统、皮带输料机系统、防爆柴油机、液压系统和防爆控制系统;行走系统为履带式行走系统,包括前后各两对履带轮;铣刨系统位于前后两对履带轮之间,包括铣刨筒体,铣刨筒体与防爆柴油机连接,驱动铣刨筒体沿其中心轴自转,铣刨筒体连接切深控制机架,在铣刨筒体的外壁上设置若干沿螺旋线布设的铣刨刀具;皮带输料机系统设置在车架系统的前部,包括一级皮带机构和二级皮带机构,可将铣刨碎料抛出。本发明利用滚动铣削的方式把巷道内路面局部或全部破碎,将铣削下来的碎料经处理后,可直接用于巷道路面层重新铺筑,其具有工作效率高、智能化程度高、安全性强等优点。
