The invention discloses a single-tower cable-stayed bridge integral steel anchor beam on-tower scattered splicing construction method. The method comprises the following steps that a left side module and a right side module of a steel anchor beam are prefabricated, and a steel corbel for supporting the steel anchor beam is prefabricated; mounting the steel corbel at the current mounting position of the tower column; hoisting the left side module and the right side module at the current mounting position; the left side module and the right side module are connected to form the steel anchor beam; and falling the steel anchor beam onto the steel corbel and connecting the steel anchor beam with the steel corbel. The integral steel anchor beam is split into four parts to be prefabricated and assembled after being hoisted to the installation position, the load of hoisting each time is reduced, the construction requirements of small transportation and use of small hoisting equipment are met, and the integral steel anchor beam is suitable for construction areas with poor transportation and hoisting conditions.
