Relative displacement of the piston plate is forced through pressure caused by flowability of a water source, the piston plate is made to move into the spraying pipe during working, then the water source is completely guided out to complete the spraying process, water supplementing operation of plants is achieved, and the piston plate can automatically reset into the water inlet tank to block the water source when not working, so that the water source is prevented from being blocked. The problem that when a traditional device does not work, a water source still exists in the water pipe and is prone to being influenced by external environment factors is solved, the water source does not exist in the water pipe when the device does not work, interference of the external environment is eradicated, the service life of the device is effectively prolonged, and the maintenance period is shortened.
